What we have first thing in the morning will set the tone for our entire day.  Try this great Green Tea drink to jump start your day!   – Bring half gallon of water to rolling boil – Steep 6 Organic Tea bags for 3 minutes – Pour tea into container and place in refridgerator – Each morning pour 6 to 8 ounces with a dash of cayenne pepper Then prepare yourself for an amazing day!  
Nine times out of ten, the easy option, is the option we’re most likely to go with! This is why we always talk about the importance of meal prep, or at least having smart healthy choices ready to go. If you haven’t had a chance to meal prep your lunch and your salads using mason jars, you have to watch this quick video. With our busy lifestyles, it can sometimes be hard to make the best choices when it comes to nutrition.  One way I have been able to make sure I have a salad every single day, is to have the salad made before the day begins.  When traveling or on the go it can be hard to bring a salad with you…until now. You can make your salads up with whatever ingredients you want, get creative, I usually make my salads four days at a time, this helps me preserve the freshness of each of my veggies, and I’m able to get creative more often with different veggies, fruits, nuts and dressing.
